This work involves detailed investigation of consumer complaints including technical research, site inspections, interviewing various parties and witnesses, and gathering of evidence together with comprehensive report writing with considered recommendations of the various options available to the Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Drainlayers Board in respect of addressing a complaint.
